How to Avoid the 10 Worst Energy Zappers

When I was checking the news from different sources in iGoogle, I read an article today about the energy zappers. The article is good.
Let me post the excerpts from that article.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are trying to accomplish anything in life, whether it is work, raising a family, or even having fun, you need to have energy. When we run into trouble in the form of bad moods or poor productivity, its usually because we are low on energy. Oddly, many of us willingly subject ourselves daily to factors that suck us dry.

Here is a list of the top 10 energy zapping offenders and how you can avoid them.
1. Lack of Sleep
2. Sugar
3. Caffeine
4. Lack of Exercise
5. Not enough oxygen
6. Processed foods
7. Dehydration
8. Stress
9.Chronic Pain
10.Toxic People

I just wrote the 10 topics, you can read more at the dumblittleman site. It is worth reading the entire article.

How to Stay Young :)

Received a mail from one of my friend. The content was good, so I have posted it as a blog entry.

1. Cherish your health
If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

2. Keep only cheerful friends
The grouches pull you down.

(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)

3. Keep learning
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever.
Never let the brain get idle.
"An idle mind is the devil's workshop."
And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!

4. Enjoy the simple things

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath
And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with him or her!

6. The tears happen
Endure, grieve, and move on.
The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourself.
LIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Your home is your refuge.

8. Throw out nonessential numbers
This includes age, weight, and height.

Let the doctors worry about them.. That is why you pay them.

9. Don't take guilt trips
Take a trip to the mall, even to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is

10. Tell the people that you love them, at every opportunity

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!

Google Org....

I know that all of you visit the google.com atleast once a day. The developers sometimes rely on google to find resolution for many problems. If the internet is not accessible, the productivity goes down by some percentage...

So, you all know about ".com" domain of google, have you ever visited ".org" domain of google? I don't think so...
Yesterday, I accidentally visited "www.google.org"
They have been doing lot of philanthropic activities out there. I am quite impressed with this. How many companies come forward to do some activities like this?
Check out their latest "RechargeIT" project...
